KineticLab ("the App") respects and protects user privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App reads your device's language and region settings (e.g., en-US, zh-CN, vi-VN) to display content and advertisements suited to your area. This is standard system locale information, not GPS or fine location data.

When you click an advertisement, we record:

• The click event and advertisement ID
• Anonymized IP address
• Device language and region code
• User-Agent string (truncated)

We do not collect personal identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or account credentials.

2. How We Use Data

Language and region information is used solely for:

• Content localization (showing text in your language)
• Advertisement targeting (showing region-appropriate ads)

We do not build user profiles, perform behavior analysis, or sell data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

• Ad click records: IP addresses are anonymized after 7 days and deleted after 30 days.
• User-Agent strings are cleared after 7 days.
• No data is retained indefinitely.

4. Data Storage & Security

Ad click data is stored on our server (api.kineticlab.one) using encrypted HTTPS connections. All physics calculations and local features run entirely on your device with no data transmission.

5. Third-Party Services

The App connects to api.kineticlab.one to fetch match data, team information, articles, quizzes, and advertisements. We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.), advertising networks (AdMob, Meta Ads, etc.), or user tracking tools.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not target or collect data from children under 13 years old. All content is educational football science, suitable for all ages.

7. Your Rights

Since we collect minimal, anonymized data with automatic deletion, there is typically no personal data to access or delete. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at the address below.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

The App's built-in WebView (used for ad landing pages) uses non-persistent storage that is cleared when the WebView closes. No cookies persist across sessions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and within the App's privacy settings.
